Only joined Virgin Media for Sky? Blag some extra channels for the loss

If you want a truley bad customer services experience you cant do worse than try to call virgin media. All these people talking about great deals! I cant even get their phone lines to give a ring tone. I had to get through to "retentions" (as they call it) via the bill payments department (they pick that up soon enough) to be told Im not the account holder so they couldnt offer me anything. I am so furious with that grinning idiot Branson that the sooner he gets to the moon the better. My advise. Either get it for a tenner of leave because if it goes wrong you really are stuffed. Come back telewest!!!
