I was going to make a few tea cup candles. They are quite expensive to make, (about £5) once I buy the cups. Not sure how much to charge. How much would you pay for one all wrapped nice in cellophane?
Have you ever made them before? I'm really interested in doing something with the pillar candles left over from our wedding (got 15 of them )

Success on the interview / work clash problem.
The school has allowed me to rearrange my lesson observation, so now it doesn't clash with work. On the downside, it is 9am tomorrow morning lol! Best start thinking of some ideas. Time's a ticking! :o
Good luck!! If any of us can help with ideas for the lesson obs just scream! :) (Of if you want to run the lesson plan by anyone).

Mrs Drink- I've made them once before. I got a micro kit to try ages ago from makingyourowncandles.com. They were really easy and turned out great. You would be able to buy the die (fudge colour for tea) and the wicks, then just melt them down. As long as there is no extra decoration on them.

You could email them to ask for advice. They are really helpful. They also have a Facebook page x

Mine normally lasts a good month, As long as the waters topped up everyday and the tree is away from any heating I never have a problem.

Nothing smell like Christmas than a real Christmas Tree x

I bought a really lovely painted bauble off Etsy for a friend, but am disappointed in the packaging as it really cheapens it. Does anyone know where I could find a 'bauble sized' box of some sort?

I got some really nice cupcake boxes in Home Bargains. I think they were about 80p for 6. They would be great for baubles.
Polar Express is on again this weekend - ITV2 on Saturday 11th at 17:55 for anyone who missed it or loves it so much they want to watch it again :rotfl:

Saturday is the 10th, if any is recording it.

I once bought back a set of 10 glass, glitter globe, baubles from California. I was a nervous wreck the whole way home.:rotfl:

I can't remember how much they cost me, but I don't think they were that cheap.
The one thing I did notice about they decorations, is that they are all so large.

We also found a Christmas shop out there, on Pier 39, that is open ALL YEAR.:j
