But I've actually come across somewhat to your way of thinking. He is making an excellent foil, and has set us up for a number of coups de grace!

Since for some reason the forum team haven't dumped him out, (maybe he got Graham White to write to them threatening legal action if they cancelled his account) let us have some fun, so long as we make it plain with every post that he IS a parking company owner!

The only caution I would add is, don't engage with HIM, just refer to him in the third person. He doesn't merit any direct interaction.

I'm just looking at it from the Forum Admin's likely viewpoint. He is seeking to gain profit by offering legally inaccurate advice. This is the way to persuade the Forum Admin people that he should not be here.

We should be viewed that we are seeking to rebutt all his advice properly, not just because we disagree with him, but because, fundamentally, what he is doing is wrong.

He knows its wrong, but it's like a PPC appeal. He'll not take any notice of the points you raise. Arguing with him directly is pointless. It just gives him chance to come out with more guff. The way to do it is to treat him as if he's not there IMHO. Which hopefully will soon be true.

I think we are all being very mean to lawabidingcitizen. The poor guy has been raking in millions in the past, and now his income is seriously cut. How on earth is he to run his yacht, string of mistresses, stable of racehorses and luxury cars now? The dear soul must be worried out of his mind.

Anyway, if we could all continue being mean, that would be much appreciated by me.

I have just had a Parking Eye ticket which shows a picture of my car leaving and entering a shopping centre car park. I was 16 mins late getting back to my car. This is due to having a heart condition and I suffer from fainting episodes/ shortness of breath so need to sit down a lot, this is the genuine reason I was late back to my car.

I did not know about this site and so I did as the letter said and sent an appeal in the form of a medical letter outlining my condition. I then received a letter saying they needed more evidence in the form of a bank statement or receipt, so me not knowing they were scam artists sent this to them in the form of the print out of a bank statement, so they now have my bank details to! Ahhhh!

I received a letter today saying my appeal is still unsuccessful and I can send more evidence if I want to.....what should I do?

They know I’m the driver, have my e-mail as I have been e-mailing the evidence and now know my bank details, the fine is £80....should I pay it now I have been in contact with them.....help!

I would write them (and is there an obvious owner of the car park - such as a supermarket, etc.?) a stiff letter stating that they are in breach of the Equalities Act and the Protection from Harassment Act, and that any further correspondence from them, other than to confirm that the ticket has been cancelled, will result in possible court proceedings.

You DO have some ammo here on which to make a harassmemnt claim against them, you would receive help from the experienced members here should you wish to take this action.

Help is coming.... you admit that you were silly to contact them, so stop doing it! Now you know they are scam artists, simply ignore them! Of course you should have been given reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act! But their appeal system is as FAKE as their ticket.

Parking Eye will simply GO AWAY if you ignore them. So do it. If you want a last shot then tell them that you should have been allowed extra time under the Equality Act and if they harass you in any way you will sue them for damages and let a COURT decide on your condition. But ONLY do that if you have the resolve to do exactly that (with our help) if they ignore you.

I don't think they can do anything with your bank details. You give people your bank details every time you write a cheque.

Stop thinking you owe them so much as a bent foreign coin. Either put them on notice YOU will take THEM to court, elsewise just break off all communication.

You know they are scammers, would you talk to some Nigerian e mail fraudster? Or ignore him?

Stuff parking eye, send all your complaints to the morrisons store in question, without the permision of morrisons parking eye couldnt opperate, morrisons are responsable for the actions of parking eye.
