... prepared to rob a 73 year-old of her pension.

And the problem is they don't have any conscience about doing it.

Well done if you collected some ECP fake PCNs, chambta, as long as you weren't parking so unsociably as to annoy other law abiding people!

ECP have no right to charge anything as ECP don't own car parks in my experience - they are just parasites. And they cannot manage a simple County Court case so there's no way they would ever manage to word a contract with a landowner that assigns the rights to the car park to them in any sense which would enable them to legally 'offer' car parking in exchange for money.

Don't you just love Appeal Courts and HMRC?! Years of unpaid VAT will bring down some PPCs I hope - and in the meantime the decision posted in HO87's thread would be GREAT to send to any PPC in response to any fake PCN! :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I actually posted in here in error. No, not at all - I'm not in favour of selfish or anti-social parking at all.

Lawabidingcitizen does not, of course, contribute anything useful to this forum, as can be deduced by the number of times he has been thanked.

However, if he has any value by his presence, it is that everyone can see for themselves precisely what sort of people are in charge of these parking companies.

Now, I take it no-one is frightened by any of his spam posts? Good. Then that's an attitude you need to take forward to ALL parking companies. Their mentality is always generally similar.

i posted my previous comment over half an hour ago.
Lawabidingcitizen has been online, as noted by his green button, all that time. not bothered to reply to my question about his involvement in parking. i feel this shows what a bad person he(she) is. and as such would like to agree with lone ranger .... lac = what a to$$er !
maybe i should have used £ signs! ha-ha!

Don't take it personally. He likes to remain a man of mystery. If he told us who he was and you googled him... well, prepare to have a good laugh would be all I can say. Anyway, fair's fair, none of us say who we are, so why should he? Knowing WHAT he is, is all we need.

Welllllll.... if the advice he is posting directly influences a private financial gain in his favour then I think he ought to declare that. None of us are making any kind of profit out of our advice, but he is attempting to secure an unlawful profit on behalf of the industry he works in. He really ought to declare this in his signature.

Has anyone asked him if he is legally qualified? Apparently this is the benchmark for giving out advice on civil law, so it would be good if he could answer this, seeing as he is so interested in knowing if any of us are similarly qualified.
    Je Suis Cecil.
