  • Not a nsd though unfortunately! Had to go to a%da and get a top up shop. I wanted to pop to the farm shop but it's in the other direction and I already was going to A$da for the clothes i'd ordered. Bah, £54 spent in there on practically nothing :( ! I got some YS'd stuff though so saved a few quid :) and we've lots of salad and fresh stuff now :)

Curry for dinner tonight, Roast pork for dinner tomorrow and then i'm going to mum's house on Monday for a few days! It turns out I can bring the dog & DH now as her dog she was fostering has been re-homed but I think I will just leave arrangements as they are. Dog doesn't like the car and is also looking quite traumatised after the few days at dad's house (he's such a homebody like me lol) and DH wanted to do some bits here so i'll take kids by myself still. I've the printed off cinema tickets & pizza express vouchers at the ready :) will google to see where the nearest ones are to mum and that is one day taken care of :)

  • Thank you all :kisses: today I have to pack again for tomorrow. I think I'm getting old, I hate to be away from my bed and 'stuff' so am not even excited about going yet  am sure I'll be ok once there :o

I spent last night reading some diaries on here I do love a bit of inspiration and motivation to keep me on the straight and narrow :) and the closer I get to debt freedom the closer I also get to thinking about what I can spend or should I say waste our money on :rotfl: definitely need to stick around here I think so all the motivation rubs off on me to carry on saving :p

  • Uh-oh BC are playing games by the looks of it. Dh opened his mail today (better late than never I guess) and it has a large payment showing on there from SC which should have been take as a f&f offer but they've taken the sum paid off the balance and are now asking for the rest?? I was told by SC that they had settled but seems not?? Will get dh to call them tomorrow and see what the crack is with that, am not very happy about it though!
