Dont go applying for loans under the sun, didnt know amigo loans took broker fees.

i was wondering if you help i have just had £49.99 out of my account from someone called p loans who i cannot find on the web my bank says its in holding and cant retreive it is this so and how do i get my money back when i didnt even get a loan
