Really trying not to be harsh here but you got into trouble with Wonga in January and posted to see if they would accept a payment deal and now you're trying loan broker sites. Please stop doing this and seek help from a debt advice charity (CCCS etc).0 -

They will make you hop through many hoops before you get any sight of your money back,if you genuinely didnt want or need the services of a broker and if you think there in the wrong----Write a formal complaint asking for an immediate refund(recorded delivery you will need this later) Allow them 8 weeks to reply,if they dont then you need to contact the FOS who will take your complaint on and deal with your refund..good luck:beer:0
