@krisdorey, and other narcissistic people with his views. Do you not understand what people are saying?? Myloans has taken money without consent, how can someone agree T&C's if you cancel your application midway through? or as soon as you find out there is a brokerage fee?
Tell me how terms and conditions are accepted without completing an agreement, or clearly declining before the agreement has been finalized?0 -

Terms and conditions are accepted when you put in your bank card details. Just like when you pay in a shop by handing over your cash or card. When you pay in a shop, you don't then go back to the counter and say "Hang on mate, you've just sold me a green cardigan and I didn't really want one. You've cheated me!"
What do you think they want card details for? They are of no use except for making a payment."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Just dont even go to myloans.co.uk0

This is utter rubbish,
If you are looking for a loan i.e. a pd loan you may get offers in your mail,
myloans advertise its self as a loan provider if your not a member,
and make you go through a signup to see if they can give you a loan, JUST LIKE A PROPER PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY DOES,
They also ask for your bank details but don't have the purpose highlighted,
Any normal person knows that to se if you are elegable you have to provide all your bank details then its up to you to sign the agreement,
THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT AND THE ADVERT WAS A LOAD OF BULL....0 -
Any normal person knows that to se if you are elegable(sic) you have to provide all your bank details then its up to you to sign the agreement,
No. You only give them your bank details after you have agreed to the loan. These companies ask for your details, ostensibly for 'security' or 'elegibility', but really so they can scam you out of a fee of some sort. You can get most of it back eventually if you follow their instructions to the letter.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -

You should be asking yourself why they are asking for your bank details before you have even agreed to take a loan out with them.
The only time I give my bank details out is to pay for something.0 -
My girlfriend is not the best with money, and even worse with lenders/brokers. For months she was bombarded by texts and phone calls offering her easy money and saying her loan was approved. In a moment of madness she went on line to take advantage of said approved loan. Ticked some boxes and waited for money to materialise but only go stung for £80. She knows she was a plonker but didn't expect it to be so easy for a company to take money off her when they said it was easy to give money too her.0

Hmmm. She must have done a bit more than tick a few boxes.
She must have given them her card details. The box ticking was probably her agreeing to them feltching eighty quid from her account.0 -
