Should the £1 validation payment accept at any stage during the 60 days then we will attempt to take £68.99 once per day until you notify us in writing that you wish Us to cancel such attempts or a period of 60 days has passed.
This is the sentence that made me spill coffee! They are charging £68.99 per day for 60 days or that amount once if successful?!
I notice they mention that they'll not know if you got a loan. So this company lives on collecting £68.99 membership one off fees only? I bet they track your visit originating from their site.

Hi i am having the same problem with my loans. I went on this site looking for a loan. I didn't complete the application i even have a email from them asking me to complete my application. I did put my details in but once i seen it was a
fee of nearly 70 i closed the page. I checked my account on Tuesday to see my last bit of money had been taken. I rang the bank to find out who it was but they said they couldn't tell me because its not showing up in my statement. I checked the bank today to see it was taken from myloans. I didn't get a text or email or any warning to say they would take any money. Surely this is theft? It isn't fair. People apply for loans for help and they take advantage and make your situation worse. I have emailed them and ill be ringing them first thing. If i had 70 pound spare surely i wouldn't be applying for loans. Horrible company and needs shutting down.0 -

1. It was with your permission, you agreed to it when you signed up
2. Read this thread, it's been explained several times.0 -

I moved away as soon as I saw they wanted 69.99 before clicking the final submit button I changed my mind and came away form the site but they already had my bank details and I had clicked the terms and conditions even though I hit cancel and not submit I had agreed to their T&Cs I personally thought it was a payday loan site similar to Wonga I was just going to get a small loan until my paypal account payments were transfered to my bank midweek as we were going camping for the weekend and the exhaust fell off the car the day before we were due to go so had to get it fixed sharpish as the camping trip was all booked and paid for. Now we've come back to our grocery money missing out my bank thanks to MyLoan and their unclear unfair service.michaela_spry wrote: »Ihave had 69 pound taken from my bank account too from Myloans and was with out permission if any1 knows how 2get it back could they let me know too please??? thankyouu.X

Try reading the thread and try reading the Terms & Conditions. It states exactly what you have to do.
Hint : Emailing them is not the answer.0 -
ihave emailed Myloans on numerous occasions
Generally these companies insist that you write to them, not use e-mail. Have you read the terms and conditions you signed up to?I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -

You might want to take your email address out, or you will end up with more loan offers than you ever dream of.0 -
