I was debited £68.99 from my loans I went on the page but as soon as I saw they wanted my details (which yes I had entered), I deleted the whole page with my details on and left the site as I became aware that they were a broker and would charge me - I never ticked t's & c's yet they still took the money from my account!!! I have written to them to cancel anything as I didn't complete the form (as I said I deleted it as soon as I found out they were a broker),and contacted my bank who have told me they will take this matter up. These people are sharks and must be stopped!!!! Has anyone got their money refunded from these people?!?!?!!?0

As soon as I realized they were a broker I went back over the page and deleted everything I didn't follow the link to confirm as I realized they were a broker.0

But you MUST have pressed 'enter' to have sent your details to the company. And by pressing 'enter' you have agreed to their Terms and Conditions.
Just like when I am doing this reply to your post. Nothing goes through until I press 'submit reply'. I could sit here all day with this reply on my screen but nobody would see anything until I press the button."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Poppasmurf,
thank you for your reply with your comments. However,
I am convinced as soon as I knew they were a broker I deleted all my details and left the page. Regardless, I have taken up this matter with them and my bank and I will follow this through to get my refund because they have done nothing for me and do not deserve my money. I had this problem before so I do realize that brokers are NOT lenders and they charge so I would not have proceeded. I will follow this through to the end and I will get a refund as I feel they have misrepresented their services and they basically do not deserve to take £68.99 from my bank account. I will let you know when I have received a refund. Wish me luck!!:)0 -
In future Saeeda if your after a loan go to a reputable lender eg a bank.0

Not necessarily.
It's possible for a website to capture information as it's being entered.
Don't believe me? Pop off to Google and search for something. If Javascript is enabled, Google will helpfully make suggests as you type. No need to hit the enter key.0 -
Hello I've done this too!!
I entered my details on a different website and this company took almost £70.
How do I word the letter and what details should I provide??
It's my fault but I know I deserve most of money back as they never helped me and I never directly used there website.
Any suggestions with the letter would be appreciated.0 -

But in the meantime, you will need to open a new account and transfer all your standing orders/direct debts/payments in/etc.
Just cancelling the card and getting another one will NOT stop them keep trying for the money. You gave them authority on your present card and they will keep trying to take the money from it.
NatWest have stopped paying CPA's, from a current account, when a replacement card is issued, apparently.:T
Let's hope the other banks follow suit.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0
