If someone chooses not to read what they are signing up to then they have no right to mump their gums when the company they have signed up to do EXACTLY what they state they will do.
No point coming on screaming 'I was scammed' and 'They stole my money without my consent' if they signed up to the terms and conditions.
what do you think this forum is for? Its for asking advice. Noticed a familiar theme here? People who have been scammed by this loan company! Work for them do you? If you have no helpful comments then dont make any and that goes for all you It serves you righters who are just using this thread to say Its your own fault. I think when you get into a financial quandary we all do things that we know we shouldnt do to try and get out a the hole we are in. Thank goodness you dont have these issues! obviously you only use this forum as way of feeling superior to these people who have lost money. If you cant help and you dont have an issue leave them alone!!0 -

Actually we have never applied for a loan, have no need for a loan at this time in our lives yet last week we were informed by our bank that some strange activity was going on and they locked our account.
They told us someone called My Loan had tried to take money out...we went into the bank and told them we had no idea why or who they were. Asked them if we should close our account and reopen another one. They said no they were on the ball with these fraudsters.
Shock of my life when money is withdrawn from our account for £69.99 for a loan we have not asked for.
We are now looking at a new bank as we also feel halifax let us down as we did tell them whilst stood in the bank that this wasnt something we had done.0 -

So they've made one mistake on your account, and you are thinking of leaving them? May I ask, if you ever accidentally went overdrawn, would you expect them to do the same and shut your account down?0 -
Hi I have fell for the scam not reading the T&C's like an idiot. Thing is this is not the first time I have done this same company just had a complete lapse. About 2-3 Maybe more years ago I signed up to this company but never followed through with the refund. I am aware they are supposed to refund if they haven't helped you with in 6 months. And I'm 99.9% sure I didn't get my refund. Will have to go through my statements to be sure. But this time they have taken more than I authorised them to take. They took £1 out on the 14th then £69.99 on the 15th so surely I can have them over a barrel right?0

No, you don't have them over a barrel but you do have the right to get your money back, less £5, by following what is set out in their T&C's for the process.
Don't waste your time emailing or phoning, write by recorded Delivery as outlined on this forum and you should get your money back."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
After returning from my first lads holiday in Greece I found that I was going to be skint for a month so I decided to look into getting a loan on the 12/08/2013. I visted the my loan website as they were the first option on pay day loans. I sent in an application and wasn't aware of the £69.99 service charge. After managing to get through to pay day with out having to take any loan on 28/08/2013. I then noticed on y online banking that my loan had removed the service fee on 28/08/2013. I then phoned them 29/08/2013 and spoke to an agent called Daniel. He was friendly but seemed like he got this type of phone call everyday. He sent me a cancellation email which I sent the same day and was told to phone back on the Friday to check the status of my cancellation. I did so on the 30/08/2013 and he said it was approved and it would take 30 days to go through. I wasn't happy with this and demanded it back ASAP. He then told me to send an email containing my financial hard ship and why I should have the money back ASAP and for them to act out of there terms and conditions. I did so telling them in the email nothing but lies. They accepted my email and my refund was issued on that day as was back in my account on the 06/09/2013. The agent who felt with my refund from start to finish was Daniel. I advise everyone to avoid this company and if you are in the same position I was you can email me and I will send the same email I did explaining my financial hardship. This way you are guaranteed your money back withing 7 days. Thank you.0
