I reported several adverts to autotrader last night and they are gone already.

Has anyone heard of/used Auto-Buyer.co.uk? They have offered very close to my asking price after seeing my advert on Auto Trader. Surprise, surprise, they want an upfront, refundable £50 'appointment fee'. Too good to be true, or am I being cynical...??Jul - Hi-Tec Boots, £50 :j; SeasonsHolidaysMembership, £3750 (Does this count??!!); MotorShow & ChicagoConcertTickets, £55

The bank in question regarding my fraud was
Barclays 20 92 63
Eventually got a reply after two letters informing me that "under current money laundering legislation the bank has to operate a
"stringent customer identification and verification process" "
However they cannot be responsible for "any fraudulent forms of identification that a customer submits if it appears genuine"
This branch is the common denomiator in all these cases yet Barclays continue to take no action.0 -
barclays need to do something!!!! surely we must be protected somehow!0

has n e one had any luck getting there money back??0
