Im convinced its someone in the bank helping these people, Give Terry Wheeler or Dave at Essex Police No 101 153023
I spoke with them yesterday, the more information they have, the better chance we have of getting our money back.
We have also contacted watchdog but had no reply as yet0 -

If anyone has used autosnetpay.co.uk to make a payment please contact the domain registrars at abuse@publicdomainregistry.com and the web hosting company at abuse@gratisdns.dk with full details, and ask them to take the site down.
Quoting a police crime no., reference no., or officers' name and number would be helpful.
You could also try abuse@nominet.org.uk and support@nominet.org.uk

Re: autosnetpay.co.uk
The domain registrar (publicdomainregistry.com) looked at the site and said they couldn't see any evidence of anything untoward.
However, this is what I found:
Within 20 seconds I could see that the verisign seal was fake (it just pointed to a web page on the same site instead of bringing up a secure popup from verisign)
Another minute later I'd found out that the site was registered to an individual with no surname in the United States, not a company in the UK.
Another minute later I found out that the address the domain was registered to, doesn't appear to exist on online maps.
The site quotes the company number and name of "PayPoint Network Limited" number: 2973115. I have confirmation from paypoint that the site is nothing to do with them. Paypoint have passed information to the National Criminal Intelligence Bureau.
If you do a reverse search (using Tineye.com), the images of the staff are the same as the staff pictures that were (but are no longer) on the website of a valve and flange manufacturing company in Lancashire
http://www.tineye.com/search/e349570be8fb4115ef5a42a470d47a6e847643d9/?pluginver=chrome-1.1
The staff descriptions mention staff since 2006, yet the domain was only registered in 2012.
If you read the staff descriptions, they mention, warehousing, quality control, test certification, product knowledge. Nothing to do with a financial escrow company!
According to a search engine, exactly the same staff descriptions (but with different names) also appear on the following websites, which people should research should they decide to do any transactions:
eumotodepot.co.uk (listing and selling cars directly) Some descriptions seem identical to those on
http://bistriancarfirm.wordpress.com which uses a picture of a Ford dealership from here http://www.worldofleveldesign.com/categories/level_design_tutorials/100_level_design_ideas/100_level_design_ideas_and_locations.php
http://morristruckdealers.wordpress.com/car-brands/ which uses a picture of a councillor in Arizona for its MD http://www.tineye.com/search/c90fed77c5d76327dca915ab327d9d7aa2e84446/?pluginver=chrome-1.1
aamotorzone.com (site not live now) (registered to an Italian)
a1cardealer.co.uk (not live)
cardealerplaza.co.uk (not live)
safe-ukpay.com (not live)
The registrars publicdomainregistry.com are now having another review of autosnetpay.co.uk.
Hopefully someone will take the site down before anyone loses any money.
