Kwik Fit Misfilled my Car

I've used KwikFit a few times recently, and I know they have got a bad name for themselves but my local one are always friendly.

I was even given a free MOT health check where by a MOT tester told me if my car needed any work even though I told him I wasn't getting it done there, he said he'd tell me so I didn't get ripped off elsewhere and knew what needed doing.

Also I've been given a "free" tyre, after buying two, I was given a third free, I admit this was blended into the price but it cost me the same as buying the two!

Don't knock all KwikFits, I do admit though I'd never take it for an oil change there, mine is always done by Ford main dealership.

Is this the Wilmslow branch by any chance? When I was a kid my dad was always taking the cars in there because they were very good, unusual for a kwik fit. This was 10 years ago though - wouldn't go to a KF now.
