Nationwide Mortgages - How long??

I had a valuation done on Friday morning and it was offered today.

My paper based from is getting posted today. Hopefully they will get it tomorrow
Mines not going to be easy firstly hope they say yes and secondly within 3 or 4 weeks. Will keep this thread updated.

I phoned NW today to find out the progress of my application & they required another doc because they weren't happy with the format of the one we'd sent. Faxed that off today b4 2pm & phoned them to ask if they'd got it. I was told they had received it but because they had received it later on in the day it would be classed as having been received the next day.
Also she informed me they were dealing with apps requiring docs from the 19th & 20th so they're running 2 days behind.

Just had my formal offer accepted by Text, being posted out tonight

Bit of a long-shot this, but does anyone have experience with Nationwide mortgages with a freehold house and leasehold garage? And even more specifically, has anyone had to bring this up after having been made a formal offer?

Nearing exchange and my solicitor has just unearthed that the garage (under a coach house) is leasehold, which the sellers haven't mentioned. Just trying to work out if this will affect my mortgage offer or not.

Well they have had the application for a day maybe just today
It looks like the valuation and administration fee are coming out already . .

They would normally take out the money same day as soon as DIP is given to you
