Not a great deal to report today. We took the boys to a local shopping outlet to 'meet' Peppa Pig! Got there in plenty time and bagged a good spot to see her, but 5 minutes before she was due the heavens opened, and when she arrrived they changed where she'd stand to under a canopy. Cue massive free-for-all stampede and everyone surged forwards
. DS2 refused to navigate the crowds so we left. Waste of time but at least it didn't cost anything other than diesel to get there. As we were then over that way anyway, we then met up with my Grandma and Auntie which is always a pleasure.
It's 3 years tomorrow since my FIL passed away from cancer. We will probably do something with MIL, but DH and boys will be with her from late afternoon anyway as I'm at work.
Hope everyone has had a good Bank Holiday XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Sorry to hear about FIL.
It was a horrid day yesterday, shame the boys didn't get to meet Peppa, my niece is Peppa obsessed! Typical that it is bright and sunny when we have to get back to work.
Hope MIL has a nice time with your DH and the boys.

Hi everyone
thanks for all the lovely posts. Granny, DS2 will have great fun colouring those in thank you.
Yesterday went ok with respect to FIL's anniversary. We went out with MIL to Jesmond Dene and saw the animals, played in the park and walked the dog. It was all free apart from £4.50 for ice creams for the boys. Work was then very busy, oddly so for a tuesday! I was shattered when I got home.
Today we've had a fairly quiet day and then I've been at work again tonight, though it wasn't as busy as yesterday thankfully. I'm still tired though, so off to bed soon.
Night all.

Went to zumba this morning, feeling very virtuous :A.
This afternoon we took the boys to softplay and then weighed in the bag of old clothes I cleared out the other day. Got the huge sum of £3 :rotfl:. Then found £10 roadkill :j.
DH is round at his best friend's watching a DVD at the minute so I'm enjoying the peace and quiet, catching up on diaries. Been feeling a bit 'meh' so it's nice to chill out. At work again tomorrow night.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Huh? Am I missing something here? Or did you scrape up a squashed hedgehog and stick it on ebay :undecided? I'm looking at new money making opportunities now :T!
I like Jesmond Dene, it's a nice place to walk around.
You are virtuous going to Zumba, I find it great fun but don't think I could bring myself into doing it in front of real people. It's silly as there is a class nearby and you see women of all shapes and sizes coming out of the class yet in my mind I'd be the only unfit one there surrounded by the cast of baywatch who seem never break a sweat.
Hope you enjoy your evening and manage to unmeh yourself.

Lol no, roadkill is money you find in the street etc.

It was lovely apart from bumping in to someone I'd hoped never ever to see again in my whole life. Horrid hateful woman..BlueCrayon wrote: »You are virtuous going to Zumba, I find it great fun but don't think I could bring myself into doing it in front of real people. Aha, you see this is where I'm clever and go to Zumba Gold. It's less intense than normal zumba but still a good workout. It's also full of older ladies so I stand out more for being young than for being unfit!! You should definitely go for it.BlueCrayon wrote: »Hope you enjoy your evening and manage to unmeh yourself
Thank you, I'm trying!!

I have never been so scared in my whole life. DH has had a fit in his sleep lying next to me. I was woken by him thrashing around and making the most awful noise, first like a moan and then like he was choking on his own tongue. He was making really jerky movements and I honestly thought he might die as he couldn't catch his breath. When he did he was breathing really heavily and was unresponsive. He looked like the fit was going to start up again so I tried to soothe him and managed to get him on his side where he is now sleeping peacefully. I'm a nervous wreck sat on the end of the bed hoping he will just sleep now. I don't know what else to do. Thank goodness for being able to get online on your phone! If it happens again I will call for help I think but according to the Internet I don't need to. I feel sick with worry.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
