Sorry to hear you had a difficult afternoon with DH yesterday - hope today has been more cheerful and relaxed!
I only lost half a pound this week :(

Only? But surely you are consistently heading in the right direction? (Anyway, you're doing a lot better than I am; over the past month have dropped, gained, dropped, gained - ended up 1.6kg more than before :().

Bummer. Don't let too much time go past before checking in with GP - your Hb is still low so don't want more symptoms brought on by that.
But despite all that I'm ok :D, hope everyone else is too Xx

:T Good girl - yer areet, Geordie Lass! ;)
  • Thanks for dropping by Robin

He's been better today, thank you. It seems to be the pattern, overtired day, seizure/v wobbly day, sugar craving day, bad mood day. Thankfully in this episode we avoided the seizure.

Sorry to hear you have your own struggles, it's hard isn't it?! I'm sitting at 16lbs off so yes it's in the right direction but I still think I deserve more!!

Alas I feel it's started already. I have felt zapped of energy today and constantly cold despite the heating on, several layers and at one point, 3 duvets!!! I have a bit of a sore throat too :(.

Share your thankfulness that the seizure was avoided (((hugs))). Sounds like you are observing clear cycles now; do hope that as time goes on the intervals increase..

So do I - reckon you work a lot harder at eating well than I do (too many nights when over-tired so don't cook; end up with toast, a mini choccy bar, or nowt bar cuppas of tea :o).

Ok, don't delay then. Your whole immune system will be suffering, and wouldn't be surprised if your bp is on the low side too.
    Make an appointment. Please. :smileyhea
