sainsburys won't refund for bad product

Whoever you hire to legally represent you, I'm fairly confident (100%) that you won't be able to get a "No Win, No Fee" lawyer to touch this in a million years. Unless they're happy to work for free. I don't know many lawyers that will work for free.
Until you have concrete evidence that what you say is correct then you'll get laughed out of any court in the land and hopefully fined for wasteing their time.
And no. Saying you 'know it' doesn't count as concrete evidence.
Where's the  emoticon when you need it....
Actually, forget emoticon. This sums it up better I feel.0 -
I don't like Sainsburys but on this occasion, I do feel for them.
If I was them, I would start ignoring purple'inthe'cloud's'. Time to get a life purplecloud, it's not too late.0 -
U say U have camera film taken of the products?
U are also saying that the product is unlike the same products found elsewhere in UK supermarkets.
I think U do have a case and sainsburys need to answer why their product is not like other ones.
I suggest you contact the doctor at this site BettyM19 at mindspring.com with your evidence.0 -
With all due respect lovingalabama, evidence is the issue.
The OP is confused between what is personal opinion and actual evidence.
As such he has not a leg to stand on.
Ok, after doing a quick search on the above recomended Doctor, go for it. The OP and the good doctor will get on like a house on fire.
However could the OP post her 'report' please. pretty please. Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...0 -
I do not necessarily agree on that one.
The humous pot poster claims to have camera evidence of the products in sainsburys.
I'm no humous eater. but if the evidence shows the supermarkets' products are abnormal then that's evidence in a court.
the poster says that sainsburys are confused as to what is normal colour. If the poster has emails proving that the supermarket has a differing of opinion on thi matter, this adds to his case.0 -

The humous could be glowing green, the real issue is the lack of proof that the humous caused the food poisoning.
There's no case here at all, and to be honest, this was all cleared up with the OP a few posts into this thread that seemingly won't die...0 -

Do enlighten us, what evidence would houmous looking different to 'normal' provide towards proving that it caused food poisoning? Unless it shows the humous crawling with bacteria it proves absolutley nothing.
Different batches of the same food can come up different colours depending on many factors, none of which have anything to do with food poisoning.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
