How much child support?

I have a feeling that the OP is not a"friend" of the man in question but the reconciled-with wife. Hence the bitterness and knowledge of all the finer details of other people's finances.
Tell your husband that the mother of his child must go through CSA and be done with it. She'll not get another penny unless she gets her @rse into a job0 -
As the OP has some knowledge of her friend and the mother perhaps she is better placed to comment than people who know very little about the situation.
The OP came for comments/advice on a particularly problem but some people are being extremely judgmental about an issue which they don't have sufficient information to comment on (and the OP had no reason to give because that isn't what the thread was about).
From what the OP has said it seems that the mother is taking the mick. Obviously we only have 1 side of the story but in the absence of any reason to think it is wrong I see no reason to doubt it or be so rude to the OP.Wedding 5th September 20150 -

OP, in post #4 of this thread, MrsManda answered your questions and provided a link to the CSA website for further information. In post #11 Ras gave you the basic figures too.
The more posts you make, the more you sound no better than a gossip.0 -

Pointing out the facts to other people in the thread is hardly gossiping.0 -
How the child came into being is neither here nor there.
Father is paying money towards the child's upkeep.
Mother is not working and relying on benefits. Changes in the benefit rules means the mother thinks the father should make up the shortfall.
Looks as though mother may be in for a huge wake up call.I'm not that way reclined
Jewelry? Seriously? Sheldon you are the most shallow, self-centered person I have ever met. Do you really think that another transparently-manipu... OH, IT'S A TIARA! A tiara; I have a tiara! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me!0 -

Same scenario as my husband; but totally agree that it's always the blokes fault, I.e. should has kept it in his pants but forgetting the women involved similarly could had either kept their knickers on, kept their legs closed and use contraception.
I'm sick of the men bashing on this forum. News flash for you; some women are vindictive money grabbers who know exactly what game they are playing.0
