Yes, I was upset that she was hurt on something broken instore, I was also thankful it didn't happen to a younger shild

im sorry but its a bruise at most a cut - if my mother claimed everytime i hurt myself as a child i would be set for life -i was a clumsy kluts .. i remember the incredible hulk incident in sanfords as me and my twin decided to test the paint mixing machine-we were very young and i ended up very green but these things happen , be pleased you get a £5 gift card and that she wasnt severely injured

OP,
I had a similar issue in Middlesborough Toys 'R' Us about 6-7 years ago. Walking around, i caught my trouser leg on a bent back of strip on the bottom section of a display stand.
It was a green piece of metal on the leading edge of the stand, just about mid calf level. It was bent back and sticking out. I was glad i was not one of the children otherwise it would of been at knee level.
I contacted customer services, who advised me to go purchase another pair of trousers from the retail park and return with the receipt (£25) for refund.0
