Try this and go to catalog on the left hand side. Might work better this way!

You can get them from UK suppliers aswell, one of them http://www.peeweezrecycled.wahmall.co.uk/traderplus/ nope I couldn't put things like that on the line but I don't put any undies on the line either, but have no issues using them when needs be, got mine from summernaturals.co.uk but I think they have stopped doing them (pill injection has stopped the need)
One day I might be more organised...........

http://www.mooncup.co.uk/wc.php?u=1509 This site gives you loads of information on the mooncup. I've been using one for years. Must have saved hundreds ££££'s. I first heard of them when a discussion in the school staffroom (quickest way to rid a room of men!!)at lunchtime (urugh). One of the teaching assistants had brought one back from America and said it was the best thing she had ever bought/used. We all thought it was a bit sick/messy/gross, but I and another two decides we'd go for it too. I woudn't be without it now. It takes two cycles to get into the swing of things, and it is a bit cumbersome at first but you do get used to it and it is very comfortable and you are reducing your carbon footprint to boot! Believe me once you get used to it you won't 'bin' it. Just put all those shiny pound coins you would have spent on other sanitary ware in a tin and watch it mount up!

I ordered some reuseable pads about 18 months ago and I've been using them ever since. The only times I don't use them is if I'm out for the day or on holiday (which isn't very often). I've been very happy with them so far but I've found they need changing more often that the disposable ones did as they are nowhere near as absorbant. They have to be boil washed inbetween periods though otherwise they stain.

I havn't tried a Mooncup yet but I will get round to it one day.

Just keep a bucket with some water and nappy soak in in the bathroom, just like a nappy bucket. Then when you change them, put then straight in the water. Let them soak (overnight is ok) then when you put them in the washing machine, you only need a 40 degree wash....no fabric conditioner though.

I jumped on the mooncup wagon a couuple of months ago - and I love it. It's so easy, I feel much cleaner and even a bit greener. It's also money saving in the long run, especially when bought with Boots points ;)

I used terry nappies for my son and they were so easy once you got into the habit of soaking prior to washing, so I'm quite curious about these 'female' products as I've never seen them before.

Without going into details are they any good for heavy periods or just lighter days?

I'm another mooncup user. THey're brilliant.

When I first heard about it , I assumed it was some gross thing that had been designed by men. However, the reviews about it were so positive that I decided to give it a go. Right from the beginning, I knew it was going to be a permanent change.

Now, being used to a mooncup, I've come to think of towels as being really gross in comparison. I can't imagine walking around like that, even for a couple of hours. Especially in this hot weather.

Another Mooncup user here - been using it a while now and no problems. Reusables for back up - figured that since I have been using cloth nappies on DD then I should probably move over to cloth for myself.

I was approached at Glastonbury Festival about the Mooncup by someone from the WEN stall and thought it was all a bit disgusting, but the more I thought about it, the more I thought it was a good idea. Took me over 2 years to decide to buy the thing though!

Would never go back...both mooncup and washable sanpro are far more comfortable than using pads (couldn't get on with tampons at all).

    D.
