    Hello all!

Just caught up on pages of thread, can't remember most of it.

kerri - the crafting's looking good.

avogirly & Mrsnomoney - welcome on bored, these lot are nuts but they're all harmless and friendly.

jake's mum - hope you feel better very soon.

pyscho - hope you get the landlord sorted and managed to finish your assignment.

Payday tomorrow, yippee! Got the CC bill yesterday, my payments don't seem to have dented it much recently but once my loan's out of the way in July, I can really hammer it!

Oh and Jemma - good luck with match.com I met my guy on t'internet. Someone once asked me at a bus stop when "it" was due, she looked quite horrified when I replied "in about 5mins", cheeky mare!:rotfl:

Will, try and catch up with you all over the weekend xxxx
  • I too met my OH online, through a Buffy the Vampire slayer message board many many moons ago :rotfl:

I think I was about 12 when we first started talking and he was 16 and we were friends for the longest time possible then when I passed my driving test I drove to meet him to hang out and a few months later we got together and that was....7 and a half year ago now! :p

It does lead for interesting conversations when people ask where we met, my parents don't know I just say I met him through a friend of a friend haha!

Haha I find it quite amusing although we have no shame about it because we met a lot of friends through that show, and many other Joss Whedon things too (a lot of them through Firefly/Serenity) but that was the first real thing online that had a good internet fan base so it is quite funny.

I've stayed at peoples houses at the other end of the country and met up with people in the US because of that forum :j

I completely forgot I had a minimum payment setup on my credit card, so they're taking £24.81 tomorrow. Good job I checked my b/a today or I'd have never known! So...

I feel really deflated! Gave my spreadsheet a bit of an overall last night, with statements coming out left right and centre, plus added the overpayment that I made to my cc to cover what I spent on food this week, and I've slipped back even further! So I have a new total, although I'm still aiming to hit my target of £5210.12 by xmas, it's just a bit annoying that I keep going backwards!

    #304 £1,293.51/£5210.12 (24.83%)
Well done Choclover, you have saved a quarter of the total in a quarter of the yr.:T:T:T
