Wow Jemma that's harsh, sorry I cross-posted with you.
Psycho, I don't think they're allowed to do that now without everyone being in agreement so definitely dispute it as the deposit should be held with the deposit people. Which reminds me I need to write to my landlady to make sure my name is on the deposit otherwise I'm going to have to deal with money with my housemate, who although is lovely, I'm not entirely sure whether she'd screw me over once I'm no longer living with her or not.
Fallen, hope the OH is feeling better and your laptop is fixed soon
Barbed, I've become a making machine, I'm currently making a handbagit's Clark3 & Clark3 material and looooverly. Although I'm cross as found I could have got it cheaper in dun3lm m1ll grrr..
I haven't forgotten the coin purse pattern, but I don't have glue to show where to glue it in place properly so I've ordered some from t'interweb and it should *fingers crossed* be here on SaturdayDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

The conversation has been very lively on here today. It's nice to see even if I couldn't participate
I've had a very spendy month so far
I've already spent my grocery budget until next payday...8 days away, and all of my other envelopes in fact, but it's easier not to spend on the other things. I need to buy food! I might have to start raiding the 'annual' pots for money that I'll pay back later. I've tried to be so careful but I keep needing things! Hopefully once I'm in Lesotho for 2 weeks I won't be able to spend anything.Debt Free by Xmas 2012 member #281: £6,627.08/£7,735.45 (85.67%)0 -
Well after my horrid afternoon I went with a group from work and we climbed up a very steep hill to a tower. Then obviously went to the pub for a few drinks and some much needed grub! I've just got back after "nipping" to Asd@ and can't believe my whole evening has gone already...
Oh and the guy on Match has already emailed me again...xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Have been skim reading to catch up, what a lively thread this is!
Get better soon wishes to all those recuperating/suffering.
Good luck with those broken appliances- Ive had a few of those this year too.;)
I am joining in with Spring Cleaning and growing from seeds.
I won't be able to make any more debt repayments until pay day in 15 days time. I need to focus on not going overdrawn too badly after second holiday (stuck to small budget of £170 but that was still money I didn't really have) and paying £230 for boiler repair. I may just make it if I spend on nothing but food/petrol over next month. My secret weapon is going to be my new income - I have had my first ever rent payment from DS2 :T Who is enjoying his new job
That's fab news about the new income hun and I am a firm believer that once a DD or DS is now earning a full time wage then they should pay rent/board as it helps them get used to paying bills/budgeting and have a feeling of independence. :A xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T
