Hey Sea, can your brother-in-law pay for it? After all it is his fault.

But I understood that if the court sees you are making regular payments and not avoiding your debt then they are likely to issue an order for you to pay by installments

I thought the same as newlywed, but i have a debt that i have had for 8yrs and pay by standing order and have paid 2 thirds off it. the collection agency kept asking me to pay more but i told them i cant pay more, the woman on the phone said ok goodbye and you will get a letter to go to court. i then agreed to pay a £1 more she still put it up by£1.50 though. so not sure

    hi nieth good luck

    Hi everyone.

I have just called rma!! They said it was a card to say someone will call me not call on me!! I told them not to bother as they are well aware that I am starting a DMP with cccs and there is no money to pay them anything more!!

Its MBNA who are pushing them with this so I will phone them on Monday and tell them the same. They have had my letter and £5.00 token payment they are being !!!!!!!! I was told they would bully me but this is really kicking me when I am down.

Lonely... thanks for your concern it does help so much when you guys are here on the bad days.

I have not had my welcome pack yet from cccs and I am meant to be making my first payment next week, is this normal??

    Nxx

    That's great news - what a relief!

I'd ring CCCS about that as you need bank giro form to pay them...

In the first post of this thread, we've all been given numbers.
You are listed as 17. ;)
