I think I'm going to change my name - I don't feel that lonely anymore. In fact I feel quite empowered! But if I change my name nobody will know me anymore. May just try to do a signature.

You could do " PRINCE" ... and put (insert new name) formerly known as lonely.:rotfl:

But I understood that if the court sees you are making regular payments and not avoiding your debt then they are likely to issue an order for you to pay by installments

    Hi Guys,

I am here. thanks for all your hugs and wishes. I am going to be brave and phone them in a minute!!! Will let you know what they say.

I just wonder what else can go wrong at the moment?? My dad is terminal and it has thrown the family into chaos!! He is old but thats not the point he is still my dad and I look after him. I don't want to be worried who will knock at the door.

I thought that RMA would leave me alone until dmp in place as they know about it.

    Thanks again everyone.

Dp you have a DMP already then Sparky? You shouldn't be paying - the ones that don't charge you are Payplan and CCCS. Who are you with?

Sparky, get in touch with the CCCS or Payplan today. They can change it over for you. You don't need to be paying - and that extra money could go to your creditors. It's only when people act that these types of companies will rightfully go bust.

    Sparky03 :hello:

Gosh yes! There is another way - get straight on the phone to CCCS/Payplan who will do your DMP for FREE leaving you with £40 more each month to pay the debt off! :)

I replied to neith too earlier.

Feeling really upset today - not even linked to the DMP. In August we left London and so cancelled our homechoice (cable & internet) they wanted the box back so we arranged pick up but then missed it. We moved up here leaving the box with my b-in-l. Constant harrassing, sending them a prepaid envelope to send it to homechoice and blatent LIES from b-i-l has now resulted in me receving a DCA letter for the amount and threats of CCJ. I'm upset because this is completely unnecessary and while in the long run it won't matter as I'll have plenty of bad credit - this one is NOT my fault.

Sorry about the rant. I've just got bck from Musical minis with the kids and it was lovely walking along in the sunshine that has come out. Now I just feel rubbish, which I know is stupid as it's fixable (I hope) but I don't know if homechoice (now tiscali) will accept the box or just want the cash now especially as b-i-l now informs us it's broken (it wasn't when we gave it to him).

    Sea xx
