Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr he's !!!!!!ed it all again.

He's just decided to pay his liability insurance £255.29   No bloody money for it.

So he's just paid it anyway

Then he's decided he needs to have his brakes done before he can sell the car - no money for that either. But if we don't sell it then it needs to be insured, and guess what? You get the pattern by now

I give up, every month we are going about £500 backwards at the moment

Got a letter from mbna today, didnt like my first pymt offer of £42 per month, want £63 to avoid sending to a third party and defaulting me. What should I do then?

Hi all. Hope everyone's had a good day. Still nothing from Citibank about my new account!

Think I might have to pop to Natwest to see if they will accept me!

Missed a call today from the Student Loans Company - to call them back urgently (but stupidly forgetting to leave their phone number...idiots). Think I know what that one's gonna be about. But hey ho! At least with that Loan, it's only about £365, so it's not as if the world's resting on me paying that one back...hmm.

    Anyway, mustn't grumble eh?

All the best to every one!

    Joe.

    Hi

I've received a default, no big deal to me! Just means that then they stop interest and charges - just keep sending them the money & inform the relevant people if it is referred to the DCA. They will most likeyl accept the payment anyway.
Can be scarey anyway so hugs to you.

Yup, Barclays have defaulted me as well...CCCS have said don't worry, we'll just pay whomever takes the debt.

And that was my 100th post!

    Hi.
Just to let you know that I have not deserted the post and I am still here. Smilealot In regards to my SOA I worked it out roughly the same as you so dont worry. Spoke to Payplan today now have my assessment on Thursday. I will let you know. Thank you for all the other posts of support. Very much appreciated.

Some good news though. After a lot of phone calls and confusion I eventually opened my 'Safe' account with the Halifax:T . Thought they was going to turn me down at the last minute(Bit of a sweat on). I have arranged to have my wages paid into this account from the end of the Month.

For everbody with car problems I brought one from EBay and it has been nothing but trouble. Even filled it with contaminated fuel. I hope everthing goes OK with you all and I do continue to read ,do not always have the time to post.( I am at work now, dont tell anyone)

all the best and good luck to you all and speak to you soon.

as for the car I'm trying not to let it get me down, my good news from cap 1 today has made it a little easier to focus on the positive rather than negative.
