    Hi everyone

Hope everyone has had a good day and nothing too stressful!

This may turn out to be a bit of a rant but I have to let it out before i scream!!!!!

Woke up this morning feeling really good, sun shining, i'd had areally great nights sleep and everything looked rosy (well rosier than it has for a very long time!!)

Rang capital One and they said they haven't received anything from CCCS even though it has now been sent twice!!

Had a hospital appointment this morning and it took 2 hours and 5 minutes.
I am stating the exact amount of time because the 5 minutes cost me an extra £2 in parking fees!!!

Left hospital to drive to cashpoint to take out money for a large bill when i heard a strange noise coming from my car (12 year old rusty heap!! m.o.t booked in for tomorrow!!)
Pulled over and yes you've guessed it I had a  puncture!!
Managed to drive the car onto the forecourt of agarage just a bit further up the road.
WAS JUST ABOUT TO SIT AND HAVE A GOOD CRY! (Not because of the tyre in particular - I know how to change one!) just because why is it when you feel good something always bites you on the bum!!!!

Anyway luckily a lovely man arrived and asked if I needed any help:A he changed the tyre for me and i went on my way.
Paid my bill and drove home walked through the door and banged my elbow, then I DID have a good cry!!!

Can't imagine whats in store for me tonight!!! It's not Friday the 13th is it???

Sorry about the rant but I just needed to get it off my chest:mad:

    take care

IDAAS this is getting spooky. My husband collects bayonets. He has about 50 of them. I don't quite see the attraction. They all look the same to me. He also has old hand grenades, gas masks and other rubbish. I'd love to flog the lot of it.

Teecee, sorry to hear you had a bad day. Hopefully Crapital 1 will sort things soon. What a nightmare with the hospital and car too. You sound like you'd be better going to bed and forgetting about it all.

Hello to everyone else. Lonely what did you do about the work situation?

Took easy way out and told a senior colleague, who had a word without dropping me in it. Now all sorted. Next time I will have to confront her myself - they are paying me enough money. But I don't know what it is about confrontation, I just shy away with it, even though I think I am quite confident. I can only be assertive in nice situations for some reason, when it gets a bit ugly I run a mile :D

Oh dear...not great news today. Received a letter from the bank, telling me that they're not agreeing with the CCCS offer, so are closing the account. That's fine, I knew that they were going to be shutting it down anyway.
The problem is, is that I haven't received a new bank account yet!

Eep. What do I do? I get paid next week (on a friday), they've cancelled the overdraft, and unless a bank accepts me soon (awaiting Citibank's confirmation - which I'm now thinking they're gonna turn me down, as the cheque I've sent them is going to bounce!).

    Any suggestions?

I've obviously got to get a bank account open quick, because unless I can get my salary changed over before next week, it's gonna go into the Barclays account - to go towards the overdraft, and I'm not going to be able to get at it!

Any speedy suggestions would be very much appreciated!

    Hay-elp!
