    Good morning everybody.

I received my first default notice today from AA as I was already in arrears of £200. It was written in all the fury of harsh black bold print. They made no reference to my DMP at all, which I know they received as I sent all the notifications to my creditors my recorded delivery. Should I send this on to the CCCS to keep them informed?

Hi Sweety - I wouldn't worry about sending this letter to CCCS - all of these initial default letters are simply automated responses to late payments, so nothing to worry about:)

    Morning All:)
Sorry I haven't been around lately I am still having problems with my health.
I have had 5 creditors out of seven agree to my payments, however this morning monument one of the creditors that has agreed, have sent me a letter saying that want the full payment or else they will take me to court.
I rang national debtline who basically said send a letter to them asking why they have not stuck to the original agreement they have made with me.
I don't want to ring them because of my health I will probably get confused and agree to them having more money which I haven't got.
    Hope that makes sense.
Hope everyone is well and has a good day with mr postie.
    Take care all

    Hi
Just to let you know I found the courage to ring monument and spoke to a lovely lady who said the arrangement was cancelled but she doesn't know why she has set it back up now so I feel relieved bout that:j

Have to conquer barclays and littlewoods next they are ignoring my letters and hopefully I can get them sorted too!!
    Have a good day all.

    Hi

I am sweating a bit as i have not had notification yet that Payplan have recieved my first payment

I did the S/O myself online and checked the acc no and sort code about 20 times but there is always that nagging doubt in your mind that i may have got a digit wrong. Hopefully find out today otherwise it will be Tuesday what with the bank holiday an all. Thay did say about 4/5 days before they are aware so perhaps i am worrying unduly.

Had a bit of a spend today :o . Did not mean to but Fosters lager was only £9.99 for 24 big cans in Tesco. Thought i would treat myself as i have had 6 days/nights at work and it is the bank holiday weekend and i had £10 left after Gas was less than expected. ( I think that i am just trying to justify my purchase) but s*d it i wanted them and i got them. There i said it :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have a nice bank holiday weekend

  • Hi ym

With us payplan let us know by post that they had received our first payment.Well done with the Tesco shop it's great when you get a bargin.

I can't seem to be able to get hold of our case officer at payplan.Me thinks they have gone on a break for the bankholiday weekend (don't blame them, lol).

hopefully will have some sort of answer on Tuesday.
