craftingqueen - have any of your creditors properly said no yet? If not, don't worry. My DMP ball has been rolling since end Jan/start Feb and only on of my six has made any move to accept or decline. Hang on in there my lovely, it's worth the wait. Big hugs.

IM BACK!!!!!!!! My laptop is finally mended!!
How is everyone???? im really sorry i haven't had time to catch up on all the posts and doubt i will either, there is soooooooooo many!!!

There is no news to report apart from HSBC still taking loan payment then reversing it and charging me, but thats all!!!
My debts are gradually coming down though!! And its only 7 days till my holiday!!!
Really hope everyone is ok and there DMPs are going smoothly, i have missed you all!!

ilgd Reading your post about the lowering of you limit just so they can charge £12 fee. The same thing has happened to me with First direct.
I have a £1000 O/D. Currently stands at £988. there are £8 charges due this month. Well within my O/D. Then i check online and the cheeky beggars have reduced my O/D limit to £990 :mad: . Still this is what we are up against so i just shrugged and thought i'm in debt and it will probably go up before i see a reduction.

The battle may not be won but we will win the war.

Off now to cry in the corner about the footie.

Hello everyone! Very quick best wishes to everyone before I dash off to bed (late finish at work today...boo!).

Hope everyone's bearing up well.

No post for me today, so that was a good thing. Second payment to CCCS went through yesterday, so that's nice and established. God knows who's accepted and who's not at the mo' (I get the feeling that some of them are denying they got anything from CCCS - but I haven't had any phone calls yet, so that's good...although, to be fair the only people who have my 'proper' phone number (and not the line I disconnected ) are Barclays, and I can sort them out, I'm sure (big tough bloke like me...;)).

Hope you all had sweet dreams last night and are all refreshed for the day ahead.

Myself i am off soon to bed and try to dream of the day i will be debt free. I was going to dream about Man Utd winning the european cup but that dream has been well and truly dashed

Anyway it is only a game and i am feeling better than i was so that is a good thing.

Will catch up with you lovely people sometime this afternoon. Hopefully not to early as my DD's have the same force as a mini tornado when they come home from School.

Just a quick question. How long when you make your first payment to Payplan does it take to show your offers to the creditors on the Justabank site. I am slighly worried as i have emailed my case officer (several times) to see if the payment has been recieved but ,as yet, i have had no reply. Think I will ring them when i get up ,if anything, to put my mind at rest that the payment has been recieved.

just been to vote.didnt know who to choose cos they are all as bad as each other.as soon as they are elected they seem to lose touch with the supporters and want to get as much money from expenses as they can and do sod all for it, but thats just my op!
ym.........sorry about man utd.will bounce back, they always do!support barnsley fc and they have just managed to stay up in the championship, much thanks to ipswich winning leeds.re the overlimit fees-just trying their best to recoup as much as poss from us all.they need it afterall!(swines)
huntress.......dont know what to say about solutions.owe them £2000 ish so debt isnt small.when i sent my dmp letter i said they had to write, not fone.dont know if they have my fone no but no letters so could owe them loads more cos no contact since feb.wont dwell on the unknown cos it scares me.
m+s cc statement came today with the dmp payments off for mar and april but no other contact.did say ages ago they wont accept the offer but keep sending the payments.have stopped the charges so am happy for them to stay quiet.

hpoe everyone else is doing well.it seems to take ages for the dmps to settle at first cos the creditors keep saying they havent received the docs so they can carry on with the charges but it will ok in the end.they just have to realise you cant pay what you havent got, which isnt much consolation to all the peeps who are suffering but please persevere and the victories will come.
anyway enough of my essays.ill give someone else a chance.no bad post again today....see another little victory!!!!

Wedding prints have arrived, and honeymoon prints (only taken a year).
And have been offered the loan of a car for this weekend Hurrah!

Dunno if there's any post as I leave before the postie now, half way to work on the bus before he's likely to arrive. But still no more phone calls (thankfully).
