    Goodafternoon to everyone,

Had two letters today 1 from nationwide saying they wasen't happy with us!!!!!!!!!! and could we phone them to sort out payment? we spoke to them last week and they said they were waiting on hearing from PAYPLAN,so whats going on? 2nd letter was from LLOYDSTSB informing us that the bank account that we have with them is over the overdraft limit, because they applied more charges...

    craftingqueen

I wrote to Lloyds TSB and told them they were purposely dragging there feet to charge me more charges and I got a refund of some charges and interest back. They are a huge pain in the bum but you can wear them down as much as they do us!

    Good luck

hope everyone is ok.seem to be reading lots on hear about how hard the payplan case workers are to get hold of.dont have much trouble with cccs but dont think they assign a special worker and you get a diff one each time. just takes awhile for them to reply to letters sometimes.

    Hi everyone

Seems like an age since I was last on here, well done to everyone who is getting their bank charges back :T

Since my last post a total age ago I've made my first payment to CCCS but haven't heard from any of my debtors so called Egg who I was due to pay on the 1st and the lady I spoke to said they had accepted my reduced offer! :p Now being a mad sceptical person I don't think I will fully believe them until I receive a letter confirming it but that won't be until the default notice runs out in 28 days. Anyone have any advice on how egg operate? Am I being lulled into a false sense of security?
Total debt £ 20,000 as of March 07

    hi dumd debtor....
dont have experience with egg.mint send the default then the termination then 14 days after the charges all stop.sadly wont be till june for me so they are trying to think of every charge they can before then.havent said the offers accepted but was only £8 before the dmp and am offering £5 so dont think they will refuse.anyway dont knock your luck! think some have had trouble with egg so your experience sounds good.

Can i just ask - how many mint payments do you have to miss/make reduced before they do this? Is it 3 or something?

Just had a letter from them saying I didn't make minimum payment last month and so they want it now or else I can't use my card - it's over it's limit so can't use it anyway
