    Hi.

onamission. When i first applied for a DMP with Payplan i only had a disposable income of £9. That was taking into account for me paying everything. I spoke to the advisor and was told that as my OH pays some of the food etc it would help if her income was included. This i did with my OH'S consent and was accepted for a DMP with Payplan. I do believe that you do need at least £100 disposable income per month the same as CCCS.

I do not know if your OH is willing to do the same or even if they are aware but this is how i got round the problem. Everbodys circumstances are different however so whatever you decide good luck.

    Greetings

Forgot to mention no post for me today :j :j

Got paid as well and as this is my first budgeting month as my DMP starts, like many others on here,1st May i have been quite good in putting money aside for car etc

I expect the fun will start when my creditor's recieve there offers from Payplan. Still I was at the world cup in France in Marseille 1998 and after that nothing can put the frighteners on me.

Hope you have all had a good day

    Hi everybody.

Smile Good joke I needed a laugh today.
lilly-ella I'm sure that £5 will be enough as a token payment. I have sent my letters today and have forgotton to put in a token payment so thanks for reminding me!

Sent my letters to my creditors today and all my information to CCCS also filed my moneyclaim against Alliance and Leicester (claimed successfully against HSBC last year but this time it seems far more stressful) and alliance and leicester bounced my council tax DD and charged me £34 for being £2 over my overdraft limit. So all in all I feel like i'm juggling about 1000 things all at once. Sorry for the rant but it's been a very stressful day.

The one thing that has made my day is (not only reading everyones posts on here and feeling stronger by the minute) my 20 month old daughter singing incy wincy spider to me with all the actions for the first time. It brought a tear to my eye, it was like watching her graduate from university or something, i felt so proud.

Apologies for the long post. I feel the need to ramble on.

Everybody take care and have a good weekend.

    Sweety

Did the unlawful bank charges letter to first direct, got an offer of nearly 1200 quid, about a 100 less than asked for. I'm going to take it and that amount will go off what I owe them. I did ask for a cheque so that I could pay it into payplan but they said they can't do that. Still at least thats a bit off my debt!

    Brilliant news Rusty!!:T :T :j :j :T :T
