Thanks for that still bloody worrying though, I can cope with a DMP but the thoughts of courts and CCJ's is terrifying!

I just looked through my Lloyds bank account letters today and realised that despite having it in writing that they would "freeze charges on a permanent basis" I found they charged me another £20 and sent 3 letters one accepting for 3 months, one 6 and one 12 - so wrote a letter blooming moaning about that one!

Lloyds have made huge mistakes on two of my accounts so I hope that puts them off taking me to court :( and if they don't take me on those two why bother with the big one?

Oh please for a lottery win.

Sorry for my moaning when some of you have had to cope with courts its just the ultimate unknown and nightmare to me.

    Hi guys :hello:

Sorry can't help with the CCJ question. amani - I'd ring CCCS and ask their advice. They are on your side and are the people in the know.

Thanks for the cheery messages. I'm feeling slightly brighter today. I guess it's dangerous to face all of your problems at once, which is what I started to do last night. I got a letter from Natwest again today. Think it was a default, or a threat of one dressed up. What happens now? Do PayPlan keep paying the money to the same account number?

    Thanks again guys,

    smilelot :rolleyes2
