I have a burtons store card with them, i only have a small amount on there £150. But haven't heard from them yet, just wana know!!

Ive just read credit card statement online (Halifax) and they say call them im in arrears! Theyve charged me £12 late payment, do you think i should call them??? Or not?

Kelly - Hellifax aren't helping things are they? They are on your DMP list of creditors I take it ?..have they accepted the DMP or not ?

Hi guys!

Just a quick check in... I'm still drowning in marking which needs to be done by tomorrow morning - teaching is great, marking is not!

Anyway, things aren't brilliant here, but not bad compared to most. Co_op still haven't sent me any confirmation to tell me my account has been opened which means I have no bank account number to change my salary and DDs to and can't send back my Payplan form to get the ball rolling.

Also, my case manager called me last night for the first time to discuss it all, start dates etc and we got off, but he didn't call back. I didn't get home from work until 6pm and they were already closed. I feel like everything is on hold

Sorry, just feeling really frustrated by it all, I know it's nothing compared to being further down the line, but I think I'll feel much better once I know it's properly started. (And really need a bank account of some kind!).

Hope everyone is hanging in there. Good and bad things happening again by the looks of things - one day we will all have a good day!

Well I'm off to TotallyFedUp's thread to offer some support, although sounds like you guys have been great ambassadors for our support group already :T
