I've heard nothing from them at all, not a sorry email or phone call.

I have not heard anything either, however they have taken the money out of my account.

I also placed an order and since I do not use a mobile, put my OH's number when placing the order. Got the order confirmation with the reduced amount.

Then my OH calls me saying 'someone called saying that the price was wrong and have asked for the card details to refund the money'. So, he has asked her to call back in 10 minutes since he had to ask me 1st and also to get my card details'. They have never called back and later in the evening I got an 'order dispatch' email and it stated the correct amount without any discount. When I checked my bank account online, they have taken the reduced amount only.

When I checked the tracking order with Hermes now it says,
DateTimeStatus02/04/2012 04:57 Out For Delivery 01/04/2012 22:32 Processed at Depot 01/04/2012 20:02 Receipt at Depot 30/03/2012 19:53 Hub Sorter Receipt Scan

So, it seems like it had been dispacthed today.

total £80,
billing total £19.95, been onto bank and they have taken the reduced amount, fingers x I dont get a phone call

Fingers crossed for you but ..... I ordered at pretty much the same time with a similar order - I also got all my confirmations and they charged to my card the reduced amount ......... I have just received an e-mail saying that they cannot honour it and to call them for a complimentary box of chocolates and my refund!

My order tracking now says '02/04/2012 09:18 Courier Received'.

So, it seems like definitely my order is being delivered.

I've received only one confirmation e-mail with order number and
Payment transaction number, so excited to see what happens next:D No money has been taken from my bank account so far,delivery date is: Wed 04 April 2012 - Fri 06 April 2012:cool:

I orderered for delivery Saturday but didnt hear anything and nothing delivered so just assumed my order had been cancelled.

then just after 8 this morning I got a dispatch email and my order has just been delivered, label on the box says 'saturday express delivery'

still nothing taken from my account though which seems strange and doesnt seem to be anything earmarked either, think I'd better wait until I see whats been charged before dishing them out

I ordered for sat delivery, & today I recieved my order.... so some will be getting their glitchy chocs..... ordered two egg hampers & one box champagne eggs (size of cream egg) & one choclate hamper, next day delivery, (didnt arrive til today!)....all for £21.99
