I have just received the mobile order confirmation email, dated 31st march, at the discount price, stating my goods will be delivered on 31st march. Obviously no goods delivered, and no money showing as been debited from my account. Should i ring them for my free box of chocs, or ring them and complain because i paid premium rate delivery and my goods weren't delivered ? :D

I was told that people had been ordering £500 worth of champagne for silly prices. I said that I had only ordered easter eggs and the website did say Easter weekend and I presumed that was what the offer was. She said she would send me out a box of chocolates for my trouble.

Well done to anyone that has received theirs but if you haven't heard anything yet, it doesn't look hopeful.

Looks like more people have been ordering the champers, than we know about :rotfl:

  • Ok, so I ordered one order of 4 eggs for normal delivery, then realised my order may not get through the glitch, so ordered another delivery of an egg and champers for next day. Needless to say I didn't get the next day delivery and I doubt I'll get the first order. I haven't had any money taken off my card, so do I need to ring them for a refund or will no money be taken? Has anyone else had no money taken? Also I'm reluctant to ring on the off chance my first order slips through the net. :rotfl:
  • Just had my e-mail/phone call for refund and box of chocolates. That's for the next day order that didn't come. I guess I'll get another phone call later in the week about my other order.
  • Has anyone had a dispatch email and not had the items arrive. The lady said to me yesterday if I've had a dispatch email the parcel has been sent out. It's not due to be delivered til Wednesday so keeping my fingers crossed

If I understand it correctly once they have 'dispatched' the order the contract is made so they are duty bound to fulfill it, and at the price shown.

So it looks like you will be getting yours.

I decided to wait and see if they contact me, which they have not as yet.

my text said orders ended in 775 and then 784 at 13:24 and 13:29. I had a missed withheld number on friday about 16:30 so assume it was them. assuming the order numbers are generated consecutively, did the people who got their orders have lower numbers than mine?

Question no longer needs answered :(

We are really sorry to have to let you know that your recent orders ****775 ***784 has not been processed due to a technical glitch on our website. Unfortunately we are unable to honour the order at this price, but as a gesture of good will we'd really like to send you a complimentary box of chocolates.

Please contact us on 08451211911 for your refunds, along with the address details that you'd like your complimentary box sent to and we'll get this on it's way straight away.

We're really sorry for any disappointment caused.
