Ditto the email and refund/chocs being sent out. However, they initial payment still isn't showing as taken/earmarked at the bank....Odd. I guess it'll cross over somewhere in the ether.

I have still heard nothing since the initial confirmation? Surely they just wouldn't take the money in the first place if they know they can't fulfill it?

Nor me. The initial confirmation came at 1 13 on the Friday saying Thank you for placing your order and some phone numbers if i have any questions. That s it. So i dont know whats happening, strange. :easter_os

I ordered 2 x eggs and 2 x flowers. They have taken the reduced amount out of my bank account. However, I opted for next day delivery (yesterday:() but have not had anything delivered or received a phone call. Shame!

same for me but i have had a despatched e mail for my first order the 2 eggs but the money has been taken for both orders

My order was dispatched on 30/03/2012 for 8 eggs. I haven't checked my account but hoping they will arrive in the next few days to give as gifts to the kids at my brother's wedding.

I have not heard anything since my first confirmation but I have just checked my account and they have only taken the reduced amount. I ordered 4 x eggs, Easter Extravaganza and some other choccies for £32.24, should have been £81.

My order tracking has updated overnight, it's now been received by the depot, processed by the depot, sent out to courier & received by the courier, so it looks like I'll be getting it on Wednesday.
