I've opened my hampers, most of the chocoates have expiry end of this month, if I'd paid £90 for them I would have been disappointed but for £12 I'm very happy with them.

Oh lol told you i was a bit slow. I ll just play the waiting game and see what happens. Recieved my free bar of Nestle orange bubbles in the post today,needless to say has just been eaten and very n ice it was too and the fact it was free probably helps too . Chocolates last longer than the date on them though its just a bit awkward giving some of them away as presents . Enjoy and im sure your family will enjoy helping you out.:)

I was hoping to give some out for birthdays in june but never mind I'll just have to give them for easter and we'll just enjoy eating the rest.

Just had my phonecall to say order cancelled and sending me a box of chocs as way of appology. What a shame! Still the free chocs are a nice gesture and it's probably a good thing for my waistline, especially if they're too short in expiry to give as prezzies! Thank you OP though, still a great find

No phonecall yet, or missed calls, or despatch email. But the money has gone from my account.

Seems strange that they need the card details again and can't just instruct their payment company to refund.

My refund is now showing in the bank but as yet, still no sign of the original payment having gone out. Nothing ear-marked either...all very odd indeed.

Money came out over the weekend but had nothing except the original confirmation email. Got the phonecall this afternoon. Lovely girl even offered a free box of choccies by way of apology but I declined. Call me mad but I'm coming down in choccies and the hampers were just a bit of fun for a long Friday afternoon!

I was trying not to get too excited that I hadn't heard anything but just checked e-mails and got the 'sorry' email this morning. Looks like I may have to go out shopping for Easter presents after all. Oh well. For everyone that did get theirs - enjoy

Money has come out of my bank but I haven't heard from them since my missed call Friday strange how they can email some people i will have to ring them later
