Money came out for mine this morning and order is tracking, so looks like delivery tomoirrow.....guess i was one of the lucky ones, thank you OP

I spoke to lady on the phone First she searched via postcode and got me mixed up with neighbour (don't know if she order some from the glitch or just that her address is also on their database) then when she found my order she went sheepish said that she has to pass the mobile orders onto her supervisor because theirs been problems so I will get a call back later today

Is your tracking number working? Mine keeps coming up with an error

i ordered ordinary delivery and no my tracking number is not working but i have not recieved a phone call and i ordered at about 1 on friday

Me too. I keep texting my mum to see if anythings been delivered. Think im driving her bonkers!

If you have only just got your tracking it won't be on the system yet thorntons have packaged your goods but they have not been picked up by the courier they will only be trackable once they have scanned them so delivery will most likely be tomorrow tracking will prob be available later this evening well done on getting your items

Really? Thank you for that. I honestly didn't think i would get them, im never very lucky when it comes to glitches. Oh and thanks OP! I'll definately be in my dad and brothers good books this easter!! :rotfl:

Recieved my despatch e mail this morning so hopefully should get them soon. I ordered about 1 o clock on the Friday and recieved confirmation soon after. The reduced amount came out of my back a couple of days later then nothing till this morning.
