I got my confirmation at 12.55pm but heard nothing! Weird how some orders have gone through and others haven't. Mine was for a hamper. I just want to know either way!
Am I right in thinking that Saturday delivery was only until 12pm?0 -
I had my order confirmation at 12.25 but heard nothing and was meant to get delivery today. Looks like I haven't slipped through the net, oh well, well done to those who did.0

i have everything crossed for you ..the seriously cannot take any other amount off an online payment other than that at the point of secure payment confirmation....give thorntons a ring and just ask for a tracking number (i know you have them they dont...) and then just ask if the payment has gone through ok..(what was the amount again??miss innocent)...anyone worried about payment for the higher amount really they cant do it...otherwise the would not have cancelled any orders!!!simply taken the full amount...thus they had to cancel...xxsweethaleem wrote: »have just received my huge box of 2 hampers but no invoice in it. Called the bank but they cannot see any pending transaction for the company will have to wait till Monday. In the meantime have to hide the boxes or DH will skin me if I was charged full price for them, in which case I will have to arrange a return

Don't quote me but I thought if they had taken the money out of your account (and sounds as if they had if they needed to give you a refund) then they have entered into the contract and should supply you with your order.Born to glitch

I thought that when they mentioned refunding my card, but their terms and conditions do seem to cover all eventualities!
Our Website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures prior to acceptance of an order. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website we may at our d iscreation reject your order without liability to you and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to supply products to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order preparation confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.0 -
