*******urgent - Ebay Cancelled My Account *****

Thanks Soo,
It just seems a little unfair that they have had to dig up past offences instead of seeing if i ever did it again, and then had me over the coals for it.
I have had warnings before, but that was about something else i let someone sell stuff on my account that was prohibitted. I am a little lazy when it comes to reading T&C's of use - which i know is my own fault and i am going to imporve my awareness in future - if they let me back on!!
If they look at my buying and selling history they will see that i have mostly dealt in 'tat'!! I am not a regular tout, if i come by extra tickets i will list them at starting price if i don't want to go myself, however, i am not being penalised for the auction of my festival tix - or anything else i am (was) selling. It was something from a while back and i feel if they were going to punish me then they should have done it then - or as i said, wait till i re-offend - which wouldn't have happened.
i have written a letter to apologise for any wrong doings and pray forgiveness as i still have a room full of tat to get rid of and am also in dispute for an item i bought before xmas for over £200 that is faulty. I am worried about where i stand now i am no longer a registered user. It has been pain stakingly slow as the seller is in Hong Kong and as it was a Xmas present it is now a joke as i still don't have a good product to give to my boyfriend!
Lets hope they give me a chance to redeem myself. I am not a bad person or a con artisit! There are far worse out there than me!0
