We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due
to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.
Per Section 8 of the eBay User Agreement, we may immediately issue a
warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your

your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our

authenticate any information you provide to us.
Due to the suspension of this account, please be advised you are

Please note that any seller fees due to eBay will immediately become
due and payable. eBay will charge any amounts you have not previously

I have emailed them and am awaiting a reply - I paid my fees and it pulled all my listings and says i am no longer a registered user
What can i do as i have taken money for items not yet delivered such as event tickets??
Cheers
If all you sell are tickets (presumably for sold out events) your stopping genuine fans from going to these events, so you're classed as a tout (person who sells tickets for a popular event at inflated prices)...and you deserve all you get! Touts are scum of the earth!!0 -

So, search for 'concert tickets' on yahoo or the like, see how much they charge, then search Ebay, then you come back and tell me who are the touts and who is offering the cheaper tickets?????
CHALLENGE
SHOW ME ONE ITEM ON EBAY SELLING AT A LOSS AND I'LL EAT MY PC0 -
you are selling items that ebay have prohibited, then you moan that you have been banned? what do you expect? why are people telling you to go on live chat and to appeal etc? what you did was not allowed and you have got banned.

SHOW ME ONE ITEM ON EBAY SELLING AT A LOSS AND I'LL EAT MY PC
Of course there are so called ticket agencies on the net that sell over-priced tickets but selling them on ebay makes the seller just as bad!
I have sold tickets on ebay for genuine reasons but I always sell at face value...I am not interested in making profits at the expense of genuine music/sports fans.
As for your 'challenge'...I cant actually show you but I made a loss on a car I sold last week!
Guess we wont be getting any more replies from you as you wont have a pc!0 -
All i am asking for is advice and peachy and burbs pls if you've got no advice, don't reply pls0
-
Yes i do sell on Ebay as part of my business dealing cars. I sell Subarus and Evos worth thousands, not items worth a few quid such as yourself so before you start telling me what i dont know about check your facts.
the item you had for sale was obviously prohibited
If you dont like the rules of ebay do not use it, sell your tickets through different avenues and stop wasting our time posting looking for sympathy when you get banned.

peachy76 wrote:Well to be honest if your gonna mention that your a tout you should expect some critisism.
Anyway.....thought you were eating your pc!
well i never actually mentioned i am a tout but you believe what you like.
One truth is that this is a money saving website but ask most people on it and ask the question "save £2 on a magazine (which i do regularly), or make £50 on a pair of tickets"............................. you tell me0 -
Wo wo wo please can we calm it down a bit in here people! No need for all this abusive language - the AbCon will probs be here in a min and someone will get a smacked bottom!
This is the eBay board - help each other to solve each others problems, but don't start new ones, just not needed
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0
