you just record what leaflets you normally receive....I dont believe there is any extra sent

What you should record are the leaflet items thats you receive,so its not the stuff thats personally addressed to you

Has anyone else had a "Performance" email today saying they have not been entering stuff?

I'm confused because I have, and if I had missed something, surely it would show up on my account?

Anyway, have emailed them but just wondered if this was a glitch.

Dear Mr 3010,

We’ve noticed that between 22nd April and 12th May 2013, you have not entered receipt of a number of magazines, journals or business mail that have been sent to you as part of the Quality of Service Measurement.

We do ask that you open all of your mail – even if it appears to be ‘junk mail’ - as it might be a well-disguised test item. It could include an R-Number insert and/or a SMART, sometimes in an additional envelope inside the item.

If there is no R-Number please check that the item definitely isn’t a test item by clicking the ‘Check if received item is a ‘test item’’ on your Daily Tasks page......

If you have any questions in regard to how to complete your daily tasks, please email our helpline at ....

Yup. Me too. Looks like someone pushed the wrong "send" button.

I have just received the performance email too, and
I have phoned them and they did say it is a emails
that is sent out to all, and there is no problem on
my account
This is only my second week and you tend to take things
a bit personal when they send these out, but all is well

Just received a recorded smaller packet. Hope these are not a new thing. As I won't be in all the time to sign for them if they are a regular thing. Anyone else received one of these?
