I also got the email about not entering certain items - and I banged back an angry reply as that is the second time they have accused me of not entering data when its pretty damn obvious I've already done it. Generic email my !!!, I told them if it happens a third time I'm done. I did get a one line apology from them, whoopee. They really are going from bad to worse, not sure I'll bother with it after this second six months on the main survey, starting to think its really not worth all the hassle :(

Many of you seem to be getting very uptight with the "emails sent in error". We all know that the company does not have decent management so my attitude is to read any emails, as occasionally they are relevant. Any others are quickly deleted and I continue to do what is necessary to receive my stamps and L2S vouchers.

I learned the hard way a few years ago that allowing myself to get het-up over trivial matters is not good for one's blood pressure, so my advice is relax about their incompetent ways. If you can't do that, resign otherwise you could end up with health problems.

I'm with you. The emails did bother me at first, but as so many have been shown to have been sent in error I don't worry anymore. I log in, check I have no red boxes and ignore them.

I have a question I hope someone can help me with! I on an iPad so I can't open the training guides on the survey site.

I had to post a cube box today, so obviously it couldn't go in a post box and had to go to a post office counter. Do post offices have the same kind of ID numbers as the post boxes do that we can add? I don't know what to our when it asks me which post box I put it in!

    Thanks!

Use the id for the postbox outside the post office as you would if you were actually posting a letter there.

I've just comeback from a holiday which I told them about. When I was away I received a postage pack for next week and thought nothing more about it. I qlso received a red "sorry your not in" card.
Only today I've managed to get to the sorting office, and its this weeks postage pack! Why send out package s that are too big for most postboxes! Grrrr thought id won some random competition:cool:

  • Taken off the survey a few weeks ago with the normal 'over-subscribed in your area' email. For info, I was in training at the time. A few days ago, suddenly get a strange (i.e. Never received it before) magazine posted through my letter box and then a few days later, I get a pack from the survey company with letter, parcels and packets to be posted. Seem to have moved from training into 'go-live' mode. For info, I have done this survey before so didn't really need the training again.

Strange thing......I never received any emails or letters from the survey company to advise me that I would be starting again or even asking me if I wanted to restart. Not too bothered as I have got another load of free stamps and a lovely presentation pack.

Has this happened to anyone else ?

That's happened to me twice. Happened once during training, and again like you between training and go live. Each time I have had the oversubscribed email, then posting packs turning up on my doorstep with no explanation. I just keep posting whatever ive got, as long as the stamps keep coming!
