Go to your Posting Plan and click on the Following Week button to see next week's details.

Thanks but I can't click on any of the 3 options, Enter Received Items, View posting plan and enter sent items, or Resolve queries. I click on them but nothing at all happens?

Strange. FYI the Posting Plan should be pretty much identical to the landscape A4 sheet which you should have received in your pack. If it's still not visible by Monday morning I think you may need to contact The Management and complain.

if you can try accessing the website using IE or google chrome.
I use mainly aol for my internet usage but for some reason the website has started to show the front page after I log in but the links within it seem disabled when clicked on

moving to google chrome which the rest of the family use and the website is fine.

Thankyou! I actually was using IE but that was where it wasn't working, just tried it in Firefox and the links are all working fine, now why didn't I think of that?!

Hello everyone, I signed up for the Royal Mail surveys ages ago and heard nothing until recently when asked to do an Unaddressed Mail survey so this is the first thing I have done. Can someone please tell me if 'charity bags' count as unaddressed mail as I'm really not sure about them? Thanks,

As these are not delivered by RM, the answer is No.

If you want to use IE, try running the website in Compatability View - you can access this either by clicking on the torn piece of paper icon at the right hand side of the address bar or (if you are using the Menu toolbar) you can click on Tools, Compatability View. Doing this made it all work properly in IE (I'm using IE 10) :)
