If you haven't been on the survey for a while you might find it useful to read through questions/responses in this thread.

The question about returning things to RI comes up regularly - hence LEJC added the note about some business panelists still sending material which includes an instruction to return to RI.

They dont get sent back anymore. Keep the smarts and get rid of anything else

Has anyone else received an email from them about the unaddressed mail survey?

So far in the nearly three weeks I've been doing it, I haven't received a single leaflet, not even the one listed on my account, and today I received an email asking me whether I was aware I was doing the survey and needed to enter items, whether I was sure I definitely didn't receive any unaddressed mail in the first week of August and whether it was possible that I or another family member had accidentally thrown any mail away!

Cheeky beggars! I'm not a complete wally!

So you entered zero online, where they confirm you have submitted, but they didn't believe you?

Whereabouts do you live? Is it rural or urban? Do you generally receive some items each week?

Yes, all my rows say '0'! I live in a city but don't generally get that many leaflets per week.

I haven't received any of the items on my account when I've done the unaddressed survey the last couple of times so maybe they're trying to work out whether there's a problem with my local post offices and delivering this type of mail?!

I live in the same city as you Locky, I do get the ones in the pictures usually and a few pizza/kebab type ones from other than RM:)
