I have to close that screen before I do anything else. Do you not get the same message? Any way it looks as though you should not use the "none added" option. Perhaps, when it comes to posting, just check that the online schedule still requires the addition of a SMART.
I use Chrome, and I dont get that message when I log in, dont think I ever did!
Hopefully I will get three more SMARTS between now and next week! Postie has been very quiet this week anyway! Perhaps they're saving all the letters up for us! :rotfl:0 -
Now the PO staff have started to ask about the contents of parcels, what does anyone say is in the (empty) small boxes we sometimes post?essex girl in exile0

I see it also doesn't show that message with Firefox.
You can find it in News & Features, about two-thirds of the way down among other things about Smarts.0 -

I can't see that they have the authority to ask you unless they suspect it is something suspicious or do you look like a bomber?;)
I like GetRealBabe's possible suggestion of a piece of foam. Could always say it is a piece of c**p & see how they react.
I wonder if this is happening in many places as I have never been questioned.0 -

It is now been rolled out across the UK. They are mainly interested in the likes of perfume, batteries etc.

i was asked about the box and said I was returning a sample of seat padding to a supplier
I was asked initially because of the postage for it back when they had just bought the boxes in and had too much postage on and i basically said "not my problem, the box came pre stamped and all i have to do is return the sample I like so they can process my order."
ive not been challenged since.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

That's a good answer. My daughter suggested a sample of oasis. They don't ask every time, but it is a good idea to have an answer ready, rather than looking suspicious.
I now write on my ebay parcels what is in them, if I sell a few items it is easy to forget what is in the parcel.essex girl in exile0 -
