I haven't received my last two postal packs and last months stamps. I've been doing this for years but I have never had these issues before.

I sent them 3 emails, none of them have been replied to so I will have to ring tomorrow. It says that I have a test letter to post tomorrow, trouble is like last week I couldn't post anything as I hadn't got it grr

Me too, I have not received next week's pack and checking online there is something to be posted tomorrow morning, hoping it arrives tomorrow before I go out.

Hello, i'm just sorting out the post for this week, and I have a business to send to with a pre-addressed envelope, only the name and postcodes on the envelope and the posting schedule don't match, the only thing does does match is the city.

It is defo the right envelope as all of the other envelopes coincide with the schedule. It doesn't have to be posted til Wednesday, should I use that envelope anyway even with the wrong address would you advise?

    Many thanks

I have used them in the past even though the address do not match. When emailed I have been just told to post as normal because it should be the right one.

Thanks for your quick reply, I shall send it off and trust it's correct :)

  • I signed up and completed the initial questionnaire on the Royal Mail survey link at the top of this thread about 3-4 weeks ago - do I need to do anything else or will they send me stuff when they need me?
Became a first time buyer quite unexpectedly in June 2013!! :j

That's pretty much the way it has worked in the past. May be months or even years, though. :(

    Aren't they wonderful?!

Yes, of course, it should be the right one but it isn't the right one if the schedule has a different address and the panelist is supposed to confirm they have sent something to the address on the schedule. Alternatively the schedule is wrong and they should change it.

Personally I would email them and say things don't match and that I therefore wouldn't be posting it until things matched up on line.

As it is, whatever one does it is going to be "wrong" from one point of view or another.

I have had the same problem this week. Probably the same company! I'm just guna post it and see what happens! I should hope the first response envelope should be the correct address, would be a bit strange if they had them printed wrong!

I did not get my reward stamps in June and had to email them to get them sent out separately, the same same thing has happened for July - a bit frustrating really given the long time it takes for them to respond.

I've had an email today reminding me to send some smarts back (which I've already done), anyway it says on the email that you can send back 9 smarts per envelope, just putting it here for info as I remember a discussion a few weeks ago about it.
