Previous unaddressed mail rounds, you could dispose the items after completing the data entry.0 -

The unaddressed mail items need to be returned this time.

Thank you. So I'll put all the unaddressed mail in the plastic envelope once I've put the sticker on and dated it and added it to online log. Phew all this for a fiver.0 -
That's weird - I'm doing the unaddressed mail survey again for the next few weeks and my instructions are just the usual:
"Any item received should be kept for one week to give you the ability to cross check against all items shown on the website."
No mention of sending stuff back and I haven't received any sticky labels or plastic envelopes.0 -
I'm the same - not an envelope in sight. Kantar doing its usual 3 different answers at once? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
After 4 years of waiting my long wait is now over. I have now done my 5 weeks training, being rested and I have now being told by tns/royal mail via email that I go "live" next week with my first batch of letters to post. You can only wish me look at the start of this project because with me waiting that long I will most likely do something wrong with my first batch of letters.:j0

Have you checked the website to see where you are posting to?
I ask because I've received emails saying I was on the "live posting panel" and then began the repeat of the training.0 -
Yes I have checked my log in site and I am posting in my local area. I have phoned the help line this morning and was told by one of their staff that I was "going live" so it must be right.0

Perhaps refining/improving how they do things.
They took 20 days to reply to one of my emails earlier this summer. Wasn't very clear but perhaps mine wasn't. Also the delay meant the answer was of no use.
They've also told me that the Unaddressed survey problem of daily numbers "jumping about" has been sorted.0 -
