I've just started doing the unaddressed survey. Not having done this before can I just ask when do I click the submit button. After the 3 weeks is up or everytime I enter a new figure. I have looked at the instructions on news and features but it doesn't say. Thanks

Every time you add a figure.

If you don't "submit", it will ask whether you want to leave the page and, if you confirm you do, it will not save what you have entered.

Anyone having any problems getting on the site today?
it will not load up for me and I have never had any

same for me, its when I put in user name and password , tried on IE and Chrome and get

Server Error in '/' Application.

when it is running odd I can normally get it on the
I Pad through Google but nothing there either

Hi, I have been reading the forums for a while but am new to posting I have just started doing the unaddressed mail, but the first 2 items I had had been torn up and put in the recycling before I realised what they were. I have put the info online but obviously no longer have it to send back to RI. Would this be a problem?

Once you have logged an item it can be disposed of...so no need to worry....the only things that now get returned are smarts and you only send those back when asked to.

Oh, ok! I received a load of plastic bag type envelopes for the items to be returned in. Guess I can ignore this then?! Thank you
