I've just started doing the unaddressed survey. Not having done this before can I just ask when do I click the submit button. After the 3 weeks is up or everytime I enter a new figure. I have looked at the instructions on news and features but it doesn't say. Thanks0

Every time you add a figure.
If you don't "submit", it will ask whether you want to leave the page and, if you confirm you do, it will not save what you have entered.0 -

Hi, I have been reading the forums for a while but am new to posting
I have just started doing the unaddressed mail, but the first 2 items I had had been torn up and put in the recycling before I realised what they were. I have put the info online but obviously no longer have it to send back to RI. Would this be a problem?
Thank you for any advice you can give! :beer:0 -

Once you have logged an item it can be disposed of...so no need to worry....the only things that now get returned are smarts and you only send those back when asked to.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Oh, ok! I received a load of plastic bag type envelopes for the items to be returned in. Guess I can ignore this then?! Thank you0
