Tiffany I haven't encountered this, but I would definitely report it by email/phone and let them investigate.0

The week before last, one of the envelopes flap things got torn and the glue lifted when I pulled off the cover of the glue strip, this week two of them did the same. I've just received next weeks postings and one of the envelopes is split almost all the way down the side - the bubble layer is still intact, but the outer envelope hasn't been stuck down. Obviously it's not the end of the world and a little sellotape will fix it up fine for posting - I just wondered if anyone else was finding the same or if I was being sent all the dud ones!

On the subject of envelopes I wish they would dump the small whites with the perforated edge on the back. Just about every one of them I get is nearly half open. They are a good idea overall for businesses to use but the ones they use they come open too easily.0 -

The ones I've received in my posting pack from TNS are fine but I have had 2 this week where the flap is undone and the sticky bit is all tacky. I thought it might be due to the heat.0 -
Hello,
I wasn't able to post today before the last collection time. I've seen a few people saying I post the same day next week, but can't find anything on the site or FAQ section which says this?
Can anyone confirm this?
Many thanks0 -

Definitely, it has always been the practice if you can't post one week to post the same day the following weekFruit_and_Nut_Case wrote: »0 -

Hi
I have received an e-mail to tell me my time on the posting panel will end soon - does this also mean I shall no longer be asked to take part in the unaddressed mail surveys?
TIAme like bitin' Jelly Babies' heids aff !0 -
You can still do Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed surveys whilst you are resting, I was rested from October to April and did several of them. Its not a bad idea to still log into the site every couple of days to see if they have one available as they don't always email you about them. It was actually much easier being rested as the short term surveys pay vouchers and there is no mail to postHi

I've received another handwritten packet with 'THU 10-1 P/O' written in pen at the top left hand corner. :mad:0
